I would like to publicly thank Mike Malone and Mohawk Honda for stepping up and doing what they are known for - taking care of the customer. I had an issue with my vehicle that I purchased from here very Honda for stepping up and doing what they are known for - taking care of the customer. I had an issue with my vehicle that I purchased from here very recently. Not only did they send a tow truck out to pick up my car and bring it down to be serviced, but they promptly called me to let me know the issue. They also offered shuttle service for me to get to work later. ALL of this at no charge to me. I was honestly and seriously impressed with the speed and efficiency that Mr. Malone got things going and done. Personally, I have never had such a positive experience with any garage/dealer. Thank you very much for easing the worry and stress that I had going on! More
