The finance manager, Jake Doyle, reviewed all the paperwork with us, answered our additional questions, explained some additional warranty packages but was not pushy on purchase of them. The delivery coordinator, Geninne Magiera, personalized our vehicle and spent time to show us how to operate it's features. From entering the dealership, through sales, financing and pick up, the Mohawk team we encountered were welcoming, courteous and not high pressured. We felt they listened to what we did and did not want in a car and were respectful of that. More
