The whole experience at Mohawk Honda was seamless from start to finish with purchasing my new Honda. I can’t say enough good things about the whole team there from MJ, Jamison, Greg, Kris, and Ben. This was my first purchase at Mohawk Honda, and it was a great experience. Everyone I worked with or talked to was personable and respectful. All details were clear and straight forward, and I never felt great experience. Everyone I worked with or talked to was personable and respectful. What a breath of fresh air - Matt treated me with courtesy and respect and did not play any well known dealer games (low balling - multiple runs to management for approval, etc) that I have experience courtesy and respect and did not play any well known dealer games (low balling - multiple runs to management for approval, etc) that I have experienced at other dealerships. Brian explained all financing options clearly and provided excellent reasons for each. At no time did I feel that I was under pressure to make any particular decision More
Our sales consultant Amanda Rice was very professional and informative. She was courteous and a pleasure to do business with. I’m sure she will sell many more Hondas with her sweet personality and style. and informative. She was courteous and a pleasure to do business with. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door. Not once did I feel like I was “just another customer”! MJ took his time, listened to what I wanted and needed and made it happen. Linda was amazing! Great experience, in an out same day and got the deal I wanted. And the kid who showed me the ins and outs of the car, he was cool too. Great experience, in an out same day and got the deal I wanted. And the kid who showed me the ins and outs of the car, he was cool too. More
I've noticed a shift in professionalism recently. The telephone operators no longer give their name, unless I ask for their name. I like to know whom I am speaking with and not have to ask every time The telephone operators no longer give their name, unless I ask for their name. I like to know whom I am speaking with and not have to ask every time that I call. That is how we build a rapport with customers and staff. Customers look for that rapport. I've called there several times and the poor woman who answers the phone, always sounds like she has just been yelled at, doesn't like her job and my call is disturbing her or she just needs an attitude adjustment or is she ill? She needs to smile when she answers the phone. It's an old Sales trick. People will be receptive to her. Rapport is extremely important to build and keep your clientele. The voice of the first person who answers my call, should always, always, give their name before the caller gives their name and should display an interest in my questions, so I don't have to drag, a solution to my problem or inquiries out of them. It is rude not to give your name to customers. This morning, I had to pick her brain to find out who would know the answers to my questions about a recall. Her immediate answer was, she didn't know. I had to ask, who would know. Perhaps she isn't suited for telephone work and should be in a different dept? What customer would want to be put in a bad or confusing mood? I remember the salesman, Jose who sold me my car three years ago. I remember Mike and Ian from the Service Dept. I remember people and their voice. I currently have an open recall Safety Issue with the Fuel Pump Motor, on my 2018 Honda Civic. This is quite disturbing to me. Should I drive my car and end up in an accident? And I'm waiting for Mike to call me back. I left my name, ph # and reason for my call on his V.M. More

If you’re looking for a crew of true professionals you can trust that know their stuff, this is the place! I got a great vibe right when I walked in and was greeted by Brianna. She was super friendly and can trust that know their stuff, this is the place! I got a great vibe right when I walked in and was greeted by Brianna. She was super friendly and listened to exactly what I said. She got Jose Perez in sales to assist me, who without skipping a beat drove off to grab the very specific vehicle I wanted to see even though it would take him 15-20 mins to do so. I took the Pilot for a spin, loved it and then Jose got me a great deal on it! Make sure to ask for Jose when you go in if you want to work with a helpful customer service oriented guy who will get you an awesome deal on a car you actually want. Day of pickup was also phenomenal. Gabe who I came to find out had only been there a few weeks delivered an informative walk around for my wife and I. I assumed he’d been there years based on his level of service. Brian Rae in the finance office got us a phenomenal rate that my bank couldn’t even touch. He was responsive and patient throughout the whole process. Not sure if you can request a specific business manager, but if you can ask for Brian. This whole team is top notch and I figured out why while I was there. The GM Greg Johnson leads by example and gives an above and beyond level of service. I was lucky enough to chat with him during the process and he clearly hires with a purpose and to a high standard. Sorry this is so long, but I currently own several vehicles and have dealt with so many forgettable people and these guys stand out! Go see Greg and his team of rockstars for your next car and I’m confident you’ll get the WOW too! We love our new Pilot. Thank you to the whole team at Mohawk Honda! More
