Good experience but no follow up After using another dealership for several Honda purchases, we decided to try Mohawk Honda. We had a fairly easy purchasing experience with Brad Cittadino and we love our new Pilot. We purchased a tow package with our vehicle and were promised a receiver and ball as part of the deal. Six weeks after our purchase and we haven't heard from anyone at the dealership. I didn't expect a personal visit but I expected that someone from the dealership to reach out to us regarding our purchase. We worked with two delivery specialists regarding the new car's technology and they were both fantastic. Knowledgeable and patient. Overall good experience but the lack of follow-up bothered me. More

Very nice people with great overall service! From the moment I arrived everyone I spoke with at Mohawk Honda was warm and welcoming. From there MJ helped me pick out my new car, the whole time be From the moment I arrived everyone I spoke with at Mohawk Honda was warm and welcoming. From there MJ helped me pick out my new car, the whole time being super receptive to what I was looking for and then letting me take one out on a nice little test drive. After deciding on a car, which ended up being a nice 2016 Honda Civic, it was a quick transition into going through the paperwork with both Dave and MJ, which was much easier than I expected with their guidance. To finish out my visit and my purchasing of my car I had the pleasure of meeting Caleb who showed me many of the features my new car had, most of which MJ had already pointed out prior to the test drive, in more detail and helped me hook my phone up to the car by bluetooth. Overall I had an amazing experience at this dealership and I would recommend this be the place you go if you find yourself looking for a new vehicle! More
