2016 Honda Pilot Purchase I stopped into Mohawk Honda on a Tuesday evening and the place was packed - it looked like it should be a Saturday! Immediately upon walking in I was I stopped into Mohawk Honda on a Tuesday evening and the place was packed - it looked like it should be a Saturday! Immediately upon walking in I was greeted and matched up with a sales consultant to test drive the vehicle that I had come in for. Once I test drove the vehicle, my sales consultant Camren could tell I wasn't impressed (it wasn't a Honda). He suggested I take a look at the Honda Pilot to see if that might hit the marks on what I was looking for. Camren was so easy going, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. When I left the dealership, I had a set of my keys behind. The next day Camren volunteered to drive my keys to a local branch of the credit union that I work for. That is premier service! By Wednesday evening, a deal had been negotiated (totally painless); Camren volunteered to go into work early on Thursday so that I could pick up the vehicle by the time I wanted..... and by 3PM Thursday afternoon I was picking up my 2016 Honda Pilot! Camren knew I had an appointment later in the day, so he made sure everything was ready to go - without rushing me at all. When I arrived he immediately had Caleb assist me by going over the features of the vehicle again, setting up my phone, and going over the assisted cruise control (more than once). Both employees with so easy to work with...... I won't buy a car from anyone else! More
