I initially bought a certified one owner car fax with a car I was in love with. Car had low mileage and it was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately a week after I got home we noticed the bumper ha car I was in love with. Car had low mileage and it was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately a week after I got home we noticed the bumper had been painted and was not the same metallic as the rest of the car. I quickly called dealership and they sent me over the Carfax which was not at all in which was advertised, but in fact there had been two owners and 2 accidents all under 9k mi. Much to my disappointment this was not the car I bought it thought I bought. Unfortunately I had to bring the car back and we had to figure something out. The whole crew from Linda in Sales to Mike the head Finance guy and Abbie at delivery of what now is my second vehicle purchased in such a short time, this team did not let me down in fact they did everything in their power to do the right thing. They are the most experienced, hard working and they certainly made good on their promise to make things right.
