I spent 100k on a new M550xi and the moment I signed and took delivery. Enrique basically pushed me out the door. No instructions at all on this car. When I asked questions, he really wasn't sure. Stated that they no longer employed technologist to help with delivery. That was really disappointing. The only thing we accomplished was is that he was tired and yawning and ready to go home early. I sent emails to the general manager and got no reply. When they came to pick up my car to correct some of the issues they brought it back in the maps in the center consul is no longer working. So now they want me to schedule an appointment and waste my time to correct something that they should've made sure it was working before they brought it back. I will never do business with them ever again. They treated me like a king until I signed the paperwork. And then they completely dropped the ball More
