Terrible after sales experience. My after sales experience for a preowned vehicle has been a nightmare and Moore Buick has lost any future business from me. I asked about any warranty work, service, or accidents. I was told nothing of the sort happened to this vehicle. The car infact has 2 engine part critical failures within 300 miles of one another. This information was not provided to me until I found out second hand. I was treated poorly by the sale manager, Ryan, after bringing this up. The GM was not willing to do anything but offer services despite his staff dropping the ball, but no compensation. Do not buy from here. They will love the money and don't care about you afterwards.
