The service/diagnosis was acceptable however I have not heard from them in over 3 weeks. I gave them approval to order parts and I would like to get scheduled. My vehicle has been at this location for nearly 6 months now. They ordered the part 3 times. Claim the part showed up broken each time. I understand there may be a hold up on parts availability. Service was for recall and work was outsourced. Issues with vendor created some delays and repairs took longer than advertised and the vendor also did not complete repairs which was not identified Issues with vendor created some delays and repairs took longer than advertised and the vendor also did not complete repairs which was not identified before I came to pick up the truck. So more waiting. Overall still happy the service was done despite issues. Happy with service manager and how he handled the situation. More

The dealership started out being pretty good for me I purchased 2 vehicles since 2022. I recently acquired a brand new 2023 Durango with 0 mileage and less then 30 days after purchase the vechiles power purchased 2 vehicles since 2022. I recently acquired a brand new 2023 Durango with 0 mileage and less then 30 days after purchase the vechiles power source shutdown while I was driving. Took the vechile in and nothing was detected just loose connections. Less the 30 days later the same problem occurred with the vehicle going dead while driving in traffic. Also, my vechile has a strange metal rattling sound that the service tech seem not to figure out. Now today my radio screen has gone out and is displaying a sign saying power surge on usb hud detected . At this point the car appears to be a terrible purchase and the service team can’t identify the issues I’m experiencing. Not to mention the sales rep who sold me the car has gone mia after the second incident. More
