Diagnoses was not only criminally wrong, but impossible. I’ve heard stories of how deceiving this dealership is when it comes to service, and finally experienced it myself. I will never return to this dealer for service or buy a car. In fact after discussing the experience with my wife we’ll be selling our 2020 Pacifica to leave the Chrysler family in the next month. I will also be writing corporate and the Better Business Bureau. More
