I don't like to walk into any retail area and not be acknowledged. I see a service tech standing around, a manager walking in/out, 2 other managers at computers, no one says anything until one of the ma acknowledged. I see a service tech standing around, a manager walking in/out, 2 other managers at computers, no one says anything until one of the managers behind the computer says he'll be with me in a moment. After that, my experience was great. But I don't think it's too much for anyone walking around to somehow let me think they see me and let me know they'll be with me in a moment. More
