Took ram in for pinion seal leak. Service department looked at wrong pinion seal. Told a xx story about a leak coming from an oil filter into pinion which is not even possible on this Service department looked at wrong pinion seal. Paid premium price for dealership to install trailer hitch on Durango RT, more in labor than parts. Expected top-level of service for what I paid from certified techs using OEM parts. Went along with whatever dealer said needed to be done out of trust. Work took over 2x longer than estimated, and when vehicle picked up the hitch cover was scratched up and rear numper has a coin sized chunk taken out. Dealership didn't note the damage at all. I contacted service dept, got no response, and after second call I got a message dealer is still waiting for replacement parts to fix. We are almost at 2 week mark and I still don't have new communication on when they are going to be ready to make this right. More
