Both sales processes could not have gone smoother, and I credit Jacek Rudzinski for this. He was respectful during the negotiation process, knowledgeable about the nitty-gritty details of the trim level differences. When it came time to purchase my second car, I did not want to work the stressful experience with another sales person. I consider him one of the two best sales people I've worked deals with. The service department has been top notch for me - other than one isolated incident. It's dealership prices which can be a little cringeworthy, but I'm willing to pay dealership prices for the high quality of customer service I've received. More
