Our family had a great experience with Woodfield Acura when purchasing our new vehicle. I stopped by here 5 o’clock in the afternoon without an appointment. Car was making some really weird thud sound and it was making me nervous. The service writer, Ken got a mechanic to hop in the car with appointment. Car was making some really weird thud sound and it was making me nervous. The service writer, Ken got a mechanic to hop in the car with me right away and go for a ride. He heard the noise too, so he put it up on the rack and discovered the wheel was no longer around. Apparently I hit a pothole during the recent snowstorm. They told me the car was OK to drive, come back in a couple of days and they will try to either replace or fix the wheel. Ken had his guy repair the wheel at a minimum cost and the car now runs great. They also gave me a loaner to use while the guy was working on the car. Ken and the mechanic went out of their way to help me and it was a very nice experience. Every experience I’ve had with this dealership has been five stars. Highly recommend this place. More

Showed up to Muller Acura with the only intention of looking at a car. Lance meet me at the door. He was very nice, and no pressure what so ever. The car was a 2025 Integra. He offered a great price, but I do not do things on impulse. I said if I come back tomorrow at 1400, I'll want to test drive it. So I returned the next day, test drove it, and was happy. I countered the offer, which was countered again, and I accepted. The finance guy was Jeff very nice and easy to talk to. The the product specialist Justine came out and gave us the low down on the features. What a great human being he is. Very nice, humble and easy going. This is the 1st new car that I have bought without feeling like I got screwed. I highly recommend everyone mentioned here. More
