Process went smoothly, although there are a couple things I’m not happy about.. I was given incorrect information about the warranty.. also was told I would be given a certain amount for my trade in, that nu I’m not happy about.. Daniel was amazing and helped me through the entire process with ease. The financial gentleman was very pushy and did a poor job of disclosing information whilst financing. I was promised 4 brand new tires, when we go to sign the paperwork they won’t put new tires on the vehicle. I was promised they would order new cup holders because the vehicle came without them, they said t paperwork they won’t put new tires on the vehicle. There’s a 1 inch area to the A post where the paint is peeling and they said that it was covered under warranty and they still have yet to fix it. There is also an open recall on the vehicle that they said they fixed but they did not. And I’ve always been the one to get in touch with them. More
