He went above and beyond with customer service - not only did he help me get the new Subaru that was right for me, there was no pressure, and he did a great job managing expectations. Andre recognized that I needed temporary transportation until my new vehicle was ready. He got me a loaner car from the dealership and I didn't even have to ask! Andre also helped me find an aftermarket moonroof installer, since this was a feature I wanted, but was not available with the package I bought. When my car was delivered, Andre personally paired my phone to Starlink and went through all the new features for me. Lease after accident. I was in an accident with my 2016 Toyota Corolla(leased), and it was declared a total loss. Rob Gould, the sales specialist, worked tirelessly with m I was in an accident with my 2016 Toyota Corolla(leased), and it was declared a total loss. Rob Gould, the sales specialist, worked tirelessly with me, and Progressive, to settle things with the Toyota Lease Company, and get me into a new lease. Even though I had not purchased "gap insurance" on the 2016 Corolla, Rob offered to pay what I owed to the lease company. In so doing, I didn't have to pay the gap out of my pocket, but rather worked it into my new lease. No one at My Auto Imports treated me like I was being "sent to the Principal's office", and I had no problem getting things straightened out. Rob even helped me return my rental car to Enterprise that very day, saving me even more out-of-pocket expense. Rob is very professional, while also being very relatable. John Gongalski also helped with the whole process, and he was just as friendly and professional as Rob. It was a good experience. More

The entire staff was helpful, friendly and very communicative about the entire process. We had our vehicle purchased, financing and paperwork done and left the dealership at 7:15p with our vehicle. They even have the ability to process your license plate so we left with it on our car that day and didn't have to wait to get it in the mail. Honest and helpful without being pushy or insincere. Roy Van Liere was immediately available and responded to our initial inquiry about the car very quickly and being that we were about 150 miles away, was in constant follow up contact with us via phone and email to assist us in any way he could.
