I was very hard to please! I had been looking for a very specific vehicle for 5-6 months and Rob pointed me in the direction I needed to go. professional and friendly I purchased a 2011 Chevy Traverse LT from Rob Gould at this dealership ,overall it was a good experience ,They let me drive and test out the entire I purchased a 2011 Chevy Traverse LT from Rob Gould at this dealership ,overall it was a good experience ,They let me drive and test out the entire list of used cars I brought with me ,I was able to give each car a pretty good look over on everything , the car I purchased was in very good shape ,interior was clean except for a few minor spots on the seats ,engine was very clean ,all the interior switches and components ,heater,A/C,wipers,radio,dash controls,power windows,cruise control worked except the blue tooth for my phone ,the interior of the car was very spacious for hauling but there was no decant floor mats ,and only 1 key and the front seats were very comfortable ,tires and exhaust were in very good shape ,as well as the brakes. Engine ran good and was smooth , the V-6 had very good acceleration ,gas milage was in the 17 to 18 mile range for city,the dealers there were friendly and answered every question I asked ,they were also polite and helpful with any of the used cars I wanted to look at ,price on the car was fair ,in the range of kelly blue book and my price range. Overall it was a very good day and a pleasure to deal and shop at My Import Car Center,I would have no problem sending people there to purchase a car or truck ,they had a very good selection of all types of vehicles new and used to satisfy any customer who goes there. More
