The service I received was excellent but the price for a full synthetic oil change for my Toyota was a complete shock! I had originally planned to schedule my full synthetic oil change at Crown Toyota in Holland. The price Crown Toyota quoted me was $62.95 (and this is the price listed on their website for a full synthetic oil change). Unfortunately their first available appointment was nearly two weeks out so I decided to try My Auto Import Center since I had purchased my previous vehicle there. When I arrived for my appointment at My Auto Import Center I was greeted promptly by Olivia. The service took approximately 45 minutes. When I noticed that my vehicle was no longer in the service bay, I went out to pay. The gentleman at the Express Service desk informed me that the total charge was $91.26. Since my husband had just had a full synthetic oil change done on his Honda for $68 at the local dealer, and I knew of the $62.95 full synthetic oil change price at Crown Toyota, I was genuinely startled and asked if they had done something besides an oil change. I was told no. While I fully recognize that prices have gone up on everywhere, I was shocked. How does My Auto Import Center justify a price difference of nearly $30.00 for the exact same service that I could have received at Crown Toyota in Holland??? More

I contacted Nissan USA for a new AWD vehicle. We traded in a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. I have never bought a vehicle sight unseen before but knew the market conditions we were dealing with. We haggled more on the trade-in value than the MSRP. We drove 2.5 hours south of us on Saturday to the dealership. Carson met us as we showed up and we took the Altima SL for a spin. He also explained many of the new features to us which was a big help. We finally agreed with the bottom line and drove home two home later. (Over the years of buying cars we have spent as much as 6 hours at the dealership.) I highly recommend Carson and this mega dealership to anyone. More
