Cost of service is to high, paid approximately $40 more for a service than anywhere else, beings it's a Chrysler dealer you would think it would be comparable, how could you expect someone to recommend you for a service than anywhere else, beings it's a Chrysler dealer you would think it would be comparable, how could you expect someone to recommend you if there's that big a difference, I usually pay $140 give or take a dollar or two, you all charged me $181.98, no thanks More

Came in with a car that stranded me the day before with a dead battery. When I returned I was happy they checked the car versus just installing a new battery, which they determined was good. They decided the problem was a bad car phone charger draining my car battery. A few days later I was stranded again. I researched online & determined I had a dead key fab battery, which fixed the issue. Very disappointed the dealership didn’t figure that out. More

I was pleasantly surprised. Had been told at previous service that rear brake pads needed replacing. I went in to check on the progress and was told that was not true and the brake pads did not yet need service that rear brake pads needed replacing.
