He made sure i got WHAT i wanted for the very best deal.He stayed well over his ending time to wait till i was happy and on my way. This is the FIRST PLEASURABLE car buying experience I have had! Most times i dread having to get a new car. the atmosphere there makes you feel like family.I first met Errick when my friend purchased his Sorrento there in Jan. This is my third car through KIA I was looking into getting a bigger car so that my family and I had more space for road trips. We had a Kia Soul and we loved it, but it just didn't have the trunk space that we needed to feel comfortable on trips. We weren't sure what we wanted when we came in and we ended up falling in love with the Sorento. Aaron Clark helped us as we hemmed and hawed through what we wanted and helped us get exactly what we needed and more. He made the whole process a lot easier and enjoyable. I recommend dealing with him anytime you are interested in a car from KIA. Tell him I sent you 8^}. More
Sold a lemon My husband and I was on vacation at N myrtle and saw a Kia online that we were interested in. We sent a message about it and was quickly called back b My husband and I was on vacation at N myrtle and saw a Kia online that we were interested in. We sent a message about it and was quickly called back by Eric. We went to see it and it was what we wanted and was showed the car facts and was told several times it had passed their recertification and everything is great with it even though it showed the motor had been replaced before it was originally sold, the interior wasn't the correct color, showed it had been on the lot since March but was told they didn't receive it until the end of May. Was told that it had been serviced regularly but the car facts only showed service at 15,000 and 35,000. So they pulled their service records and it showed a minor motor repair but nothing exact and still only showed the 2 services. They couldn't prove anything about regular service on it. They wasn't willing to give us any kind of discount for paying cash, we got a whopping $70 off the price of it. But because Eric was such a good sellsman and even when we left the dealership, he continued to try to get us a better deal and called us several times. We finally went back and purchased the Sorento. We drove it 600 miles and warning lights started coming on and we ran the car diagnostic and it said to call the local KIA dealership for them to figure out what is wrong. 4 days after we bought it, it has problems. We took it to our local KIA dealership and even after 3 hrs their computers can't diagnosis the problem so we took it back on Sunday afternoon to leave for a couple of days so they can begin going through it and figure out what is wrong with it. We called Eric and he said he would get back to us and we haven't heard anything from him. More
