Alvin and One of the managers said they would give me everything my trade was worth and I did my full research and they kept there word. I took the Silver Pilot home and my wife didn't like the color. So I came in the next day to and Ty and Alvin let me switch colors of the car to make my wife happy. Which I think was the honest true definition of Good Customer Service. And even though the color I wanted was at the there other lot Alvin left that same day and even went and got the vehicle that same day within 2hours. Those guys are the best!!!!
