What a way to start a business partnership. Napoli found a way Not to honor the warranty. Instead of saying we'll take care of this Mr Terenzio. I am out $350. Let me repeat the prior comments posted but for reasons unknown are not staying posted publicly. Napoli was the worst service experience we have ever had. I have used two Kia service departments in NJ and unknown are not staying posted publicly. Napoli was the worst service experience we have ever had. I have used two Kia service departments in NJ and give them both perfect ratings. Napoli kept the car until 2 days before 30 which would have resulted in filling a CT department complaint when they contacted me after 28 days “couldn’t find anything “ after AAA and Geico towed it from a mechanic who said their was an engine problem. I asked them to take it on the highway the mileage report they gave me two weeks later showed they didn’t take it anywhere although they lied and said they did. The car still displays significant problems accelerating and we were told be Kia Corporate to “get a second opinion”! In summary they also lied saying they do “500 of these engines a week” when they had only a few cars on the repair lot. No car for a month and a half with nothing done after a tow to Milford from Jensens repair in Trumbull because of a dead engine. More
