The young girl that waited in us not Jennifer was not very thorough we received no sticker telling us when our next service was we received no receipt saying what was done to the car. Not informative at all, had to keep calling myself. Never diagnosed the problem and didn’t seem to care. I believe Napoli Kia to be extremely customer oriented with a high level of customer satisfaction. The employees there kept me informed with online video link of maintenance work while my vehicle was bein with a high level of customer satisfaction.
