It was confusing coming for service the first time, I was not informed to head to garage door bay and was trying to find parking in a tight lot. Courtney, my service advisor, and Ruben, the service manager, both went above and beyond to help my get my car back on the road the Friday before the Memorial Day holiday. I showed up hours later than manager, both went above and beyond to help my get my car back on the road the Friday before the Memorial Day holiday. I showed up hours later than Courtney had me scheduled for but one of their techs agreed to stay late on a holiday Friday to help me. This is an amazing group of people working the service department at Napoli in Milford ct. They are not my regular dealership but I think I should reconsider that decision and start having their service department take care of all my Kia vehicles. More
