i had my car stolen and recovered with cosmetic issues i brought it in to this dealership via insurance. i have been bringing my Telluride here because service is avarage to very good specially with communi brought it in to this dealership via insurance. i have been bringing my Telluride here because service is avarage to very good specially with communication and compassion from my 2 advisors for the past 3 years. In this encounter, it was Marissa the service advisor who took care of my vehicle. She was very responsive and communicated/responded appropriately on time with my inquiries and the insurance. i was satisfied with the work and restoration of my telluride and i will be coming back here for my services to my NEW Telluride (i tradedin the old stolen car) I hope they dont change their attitudes towards helping customers during services and i will keep coming back to Kia Napoli of Milford More

Car says service needed with no further explanation. Requested appointment in Kia app numerous times and never heard back. Called and met automated voice prompt collecting all relevant information and r Requested appointment in Kia app numerous times and never heard back. Called and met automated voice prompt collecting all relevant information and reading it back rather eloquently which seemed cool. Unfortunately when a human called back it seemed that essentially none of that information was available to them so I had to go through it all again and wasted a bunch of time by duplicating the conversation. Told the issue was a software update, which I assumed could just be pushed to the vehicle or at the very least done quickly if it had to be brought in. I was told on the phone that it would have to be brought in and that it would take an hour and 45 minutes. Service center said there was lots of appointment availability, so I scheduled an appointment. When I brought the vehicle in, they tried to upsell me on tire rotation for $90, which seems rather high For a leased vehicle and that is much cheaper other places. Appointment did end up taking an hour and 45 minutes, but I noticed while waiting that the car itself was left parked outside for quite a while and was left unattended, during which time it seemed that the software update was not occurring. Is there really no way to do the software update during that period? It would have been great to get a Narrower appointment Window, since it seemed, the service did not actually require an hour and 45 minutes. Also, I never got a very satisfactory description of what the update did besides just a vague description of sunroof logic. Coming from another vehicle brand that has frequent software updates pushed and provides detailed description and explanations, this Opacity is less preferred. More
