Courtney, my service advisor, and Ruben, the service manager, both went above and beyond to help my get my car back on the road the Friday before the Memorial Day holiday. This is an amazing group of people working the service department at Napoli in Milford ct. They are not my regular dealership but I think I should reconsider that decision and start having their service department take care of all my Kia vehicles. More

The recall service was completed in the amount of time I was told it would be. However the customer service rep was very rude, not only to us but to another customer and co worker.
