I arrived at Century Honda before 9:00AM, the service rep told me that, it will take 1 to 2 hrs wait before they can finished oil change service. Then came two hours, 3 hours at the fourth hour I decided to told me that, it will take 1 to 2 hrs wait before they can finished oil change service. Then came two hours, 3 hours at the fourth hour I decided to inquire from the service office about the status of my car, Lo and behold! the oil change work was already done without the service rep informing me that my car is ready to go. He claimed that, he allegedly called me thrice. I check my recent calls from my mobile, not a single call from the service office was registered in my phone. On my next oil change, I will go to Pep Boys, their customer service is far better than Century Honda Glendale. More
