When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Josh Street. He was helpful without pressuring us. He showed us several vehicles and was very knowledgable of the vehicle features. When it came to purchasing a vehicle, we bought a new 2011 Versa. Josh worked with us to get the vehicle price to where we needed it to be. Josh answerd all of our questions and fulfilled all of his promises. At no point was it a hard pressure sale. After we got the car home, there were some minor electrical issues with the display panel. I brought the car back to the dealership and Josh and David Stone in the service department dealt with the issue as if it was their car. David told me that he would look at the car and that he would call by a certain time to let me know if he was able to determine what the problem was. True to his word, he called me 5 minutes before the time he had said he would. As far as follow-up after the sale, Josh has contacted me several time and asked for feed back. He has told me each time that if I can't say that I was totally satisfied with my experience at Newton Nissan to tell him what the issue is, so he can fix it to my satisfaction. I've purchase many vehicles and have never experienced such a concern for customer satisfaction. I will not hesitate to do business with Josh and Newton Nissan in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a no pressure sales experience with an individual that is knowledgable about the cars he is selling. From initial contct by phone he was a receptive Agent - we agreed to meet - he was there at the designated time and date - I traveled from Nashvile. We discussed the type of vehicle desired - my ability to meet the terms and conditions necessary for the purchase. When all was not right, he would alway leave and confer and return and explain the alternatives. Finally, all was right and we proceeded to close the deal. He continued to remind me that he was there if needed and above all he stated "call me at home if necessry - I am always availale for you." Great impression. He tried to make sure I understood all things we discussed and used the old reliable technique of checking each item off as it was completed. Again professionalism was evident.
