Mark, Nick, Cody, Jason and Jovani as well as all the other staff my grandfather and I spoke with were all deligent, cour excellent customer service. My grandfather and I came here Monday morning of this week to look at some used cars. My grandfather was helping me look for one that I could afford and he reccomened Newton Nissan. I had been very discouraged the past couple of months looking for used cars at many other dealerships because the prices were either astronomical, the interest rates were too high, they denied my credit or there just simple wasn't many good cars that fit what I was looking for and it was hard to keep any on hold for long. But these guys here a Newton Nissan of Gallatin knocked it out of the BALLPARK! They wasted no time getting my credit run even though i was in a huge hurry both days(Mon&Tues)with my job requirements each one of them whent out of their way to make sure I was in and out as soon as possible. Which I know was difficult to do when you have to run someone's credit but they did excellent! Even offered to pay out of pocket if nessisary to fill up my tank before I left. I ended up buying a 2015 KIA Optima from them. I love it! It's a great car and runs very smooth and was clean. Nick was The first person with spoke with. My grandad had spoke with him prior to us setting up an appointment to come in. He was very friendly and helpful. He was the one who turned us over to Mark who was The sales specialist. He took his time to go over with us what we needed to know and helped us find what we were looking for before he proceeded to sell us on any vehicles. Which didn't take long to find what we were looking for. The manager Jovani was also very generous working with me on the price as was Jason and made sure I got the best coverage plan I could afford! They were not pushy nor did they try to talk me into something out of my price range but I felt they tried their very best to give me the best deal they could offer and I believe they did! Still was a steep price but worth it for the car quality and looks as well as the miles and years owned. They let me test drive it long enough to want to keep it! Which didn't take long but they were gracious enough to let me keep it until the next day which I decided to buy it. The show room was very clean. Everything was well organized and all staff were friendly. And the lot seemed to be well stocked with plenty of excellence cars to choose from. The New cars especially had a great selection and my grandad said he may decide to buy one as well. He said he was thinking seriously about it. The used cars in my price range were a slimmer selection it seemed which is understandable. Luckly it didn't take long though to find what I needed. Thank you guys so much for all you do! To my Friends at NEWTON NISSAN OF GALLATIN I will definatly reccomed you guys to friends and family and all that are in search of a car! More
