I understand that you worked with your bank directly to finance your truck, which was a very frustrating experience, instead of working with our finance department and the banks we work with. We are happy for our customers to choose their own financing, but it leaves us unable to help when mistakes are made or things get frustrating. We are glad that everything worked out in the end, and you got into the truck that you wanted, but we hate that the bank process was messy for you.
