Yesterday I had an awful accident and I’ve been in a decent amount of pain while attempting to deal with all of the issues that came with having an accident, including finding another vehicle. My husband and I today went to Newton Nissan in Gallatin, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. Margaret was so helpful and kind and went out of her way to not only get us what we were looking for but to make sure everyone was comfortable, and never once did she make us feel pushed or rushed. And I’m also pleased to say that it was not just her. The entire staff that we came across was absolutely helpful and kind. They absolutely made an impact and my husband and I will definitely be returning customers. More
