He is very friendly and eager to please a customer such as myself. Nissan was very easy to work with in each department. We received an excellent percentage rate on the car loan. I was also able to negotiate the addition of leather seats. They have made it easy to have leather, heated seats and window tint put in my car after the initial purchase. I would recommend James to anyone I know who is interested in purchasing a car from Nissan. Randy also introduced himself and discussed with us how the transaction would go with the additional heating that would be added. He was also very friendly and accomodating. I picked up the temporary car that I was going to be driving while the work was being on done on my car and Todd Yates was very effecient with the processing of paperwork. Josh also made it easy for us to sign the papers on the loan and finish up the transaction. More

Unexpected Experience Well, things happened quicker than I had anticipated. I contacted Newton Nissan on Wednesday to talk with them about their trade-in process. I spoke with a very nice guy named Paul Dillard and I told him I would be looking at a Murano later this summer. He advised me that they still had a handful of brand new 2016's on their lot for a great deal. I was intrigued. I met with Paul and was sold. He was so nice and allowed me to ask a lot of questions and always gave me an honest straight forward answer. In the end I feel that I came away with a great deal, a beautiful vehicle that has everything I could ever need in it. Even though it is an older year it had 2 miles on it and looks perfect and should last me for a really long time. Thank you toMike, Paul, Justin and the other Newton guys who helped me out.
