Hi Robert, Thanks for reaching out! I see that our team gave you $9,000 for your trade-in. Trade-in values are typically lower than retail values because the dealer has to recondition (replace or repair any broken or worn items) and market the car. The average cost to recondition a vehicle is $1,500-2,000. So to arrive at a retail price, dealerships factor in the cost of the vehicle, reconditioning, advertising, and administration costs. Our team loves going above and beyond for our customers, which is why in 2017, we started topping-off all our customer's vehicles with non-freezing windshield wiper fluid. However, the existing fluid that was already in your wiper reservoir may have been standard wiper fluid (which is still susceptible to freezing). As a complimentary service to you, I'm more than happy to completely drain your wiper reservoir -- then re-fill it with our non-freezing wiper fluid -- so that your reservoir only contains our non-freezing fluid.
