He has our best interest at heart, as well as that of the company. He makes sure we understand everything that needs to be done before proceeding ahead with the service. He also makes sure to go over the inspection report each and every time we get service. The customer waiting area is always clean and it is well stocked with amenities for the customers while they wait. The other employees in the customer waiting area are also very friendly.
