Within Five minutes of our telephone conversation, Ms. Sarah Wheatley of Newton Nissan, had gone outside and taken a video of the car and sent to me, highlighting all the car had to offer. I would recommend Sarah Wheatley to anyone looking for a vehicle, she is awesome. Needless to say I made an appointment for the next day and the experience just got better. Everyone I encountered was friendly, not pushy, not hovering like we see at most car lots. Tim Clark, in management, was very up front and was genuinely there to help me. Service was excellent I had a problem with the running lights not working on my boat trailer when I hooked it up to my Nissan Titan truck. I also needed to get the oil cha I had a problem with the running lights not working on my boat trailer when I hooked it up to my Nissan Titan truck. I also needed to get the oil changed in my truck so I decided to "kill two birds with one stone". After my truck was serviced and the light problem resolved, I was told that I had a blown fuse. I asked David Stone to show me where my fuse box was located on my truck for future reference. When I got to my truck, he had the hood raised and the cover removed from the fuse box. He told me it was a 10 amp fuse and he showed me where it was located at. I thanked David very much for his help for going out his way to help me with my problem. More
