My wife's vehicle(2012 Nissan rogue) had a squeaking noise for the past couple of months and we took the car originally to the Nissan in Franklin and there where no help. Not only did they not fix the squeak problem but they did not inform us that the car needed a engine filter change...badly. The Nissan in Gallatin informed us of the filter problem that should have been changed awhile back bu again we where never informed, so they saved us future engine trouble. Not only did they do that but they fixed the squeaking problem. The wife and I are so happy and glad that we went there. We live in spring hill and we gladly make the hour trip to get our oil changed without any hesitation. Shout out to Vernon and JT for great customer service!! More
