Best Customer Service EVER! The customer service that I received from Brandon Benderman when buying my new car this week was EXCEPTIONAL! I would venture to say that it's the bes The customer service that I received from Brandon Benderman when buying my new car this week was EXCEPTIONAL! I would venture to say that it's the best customer service I've EVER had. First of all, He worked very hard to help me get approved for a car loan. I was positive that I would never qualify, and his persistence made it happen! On my way to the dealership, my old car broke down. I was on the side of the road with my baby and 7 year old niece. Brandon was expecting me, so I called to let him know what was going on. He drove 45 minutes one way to pick us up!! He even stopped at McDonald's to buy my niece something to eat, because he heard her say she was hungry. When we got to the dealership, he treated us like family, and already had the paperwork prepared. They even have a playroom for the kids to enjoy while you're taking care of business. As if all of this wasn't enough, Brandon then called to have my old car towed to my house, so that I didn't have to worry about it.The tow truck driver wouldn't take any money when he delivered the car. His exact words were, "Compliments of Brandon". I mean, Wow!! Talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND! I was truly impressed by this entire experience, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Their service is absolutely superior. And do yourself a favor and ask for Brandon Benderman. He is exactly the kind of no-pressure, genuine person that you want to buy a car from. It's not everyday that you feel your business is actually appreciated, and because of that, I will be a Newton Nissan customer for life. More
