AWESOME we had gone to several dealers , ford , chevy, all of them were very obnoxious to us, not willing to give the rebates that were advertised and telling we had gone to several dealers , ford , chevy, all of them were very obnoxious to us, not willing to give the rebates that were advertised and telling us features were unique to each truck, not true, they all acted like we were vermin for asking for a better deal . you know the usual way you get treated at a dealer, we had given up on getting a new truck and having been beaten down. Mark then looked at the Nissan titan and thought well maybe this would be the ticket, I had to talk him into going as we had not been treated nice at any of the other dealers, I walked into the dealership looking for the desk with the most awards and certificates, Mr Miles walked in behind us, I was ignoring him as I thought the person with the most awards was the one I wanted, as it turned out Mr. Miles was the one who won the most awards : ) He was very courtious, surprise! talked to us like we were humans and did not push us , we made a very good deal, I can see why he gets the most awards, he even got us the truck we wanted, even tho it was not the sale truck, for the sale price, he made the whole event into something I walked away from smiling!!!!
