I ended up purchasing a car here, but the process was more frustrating than expected. I was quoted an out the door price over the phone, but when I arrived it was a few thousand dollars more. They did more frustrating than expected. I was quoted an out the door price over the phone, but when I arrived it was a few thousand dollars more. They did bring it down, but it was still higher than the quote & it took unnecessary back and forth. I was also told I could come in to test drive the car, but when I got there, I wasn’t allowed to drive it because it hadn’t passed smog yet. I was told it would be ready the next day, but it actually took about three days. Looking at the Carfax afterward, there were multiple services done. Not just smog, so the timeline and explanation didn’t fully match what I was told. On top of that, one of the finance managers seemed irritated when I was asking questions during the process, which made the experience feel overwhelming. I did get the car in the end and I love it, but the overall experience wasn’t the smoothest. I’d probably go elsewhere next time. More

From my first contacts with salesperson Roy Valdez and sales manager Samlesh Pal, everyone was welcoming, encouraging and dedicated to solving any problems. The entire team, including Angela Ivey and Jonathan Martinez and the rest of the staff, is friendly and patient and highly skilled. Also want to mention Frank, who along with his chase car driver, home delivered my car! And gosh, the team who detailed the car did it exceptionally well! So grateful to one and all, a thoroughly enjoyable experience! More
