I took off one star for the dealership because there were difficulties with the finance department both times I have worked with Niello. The first time, being overcharged on the agreed down payment that I had to return to the dealership for a refund and the second time an oversight on reporting the payoff to BMW financial services that prompted me to return to the dealership to request a refund for overpayment again. I only took off one star because on both occurrences they quickly remedied the issues. More
