We purchased a certified pre-owned VW ID. 4 on July 16th 2023. Overall our experience was very good. Terry Conway in the Sales Department was very helpful throughout the processes. The processing of the paperwork was somewhat slow as we were in the dealership for almost 4 hours. Will Waltney in the Finance Department was very helpful in completing the extensive paperwork and explaining the warranty and optional service options which we decided to purchase. Finally, I noticed a defect in the rear fender assembly which Carlos acknowledged and set up a request to service department to fix. More
