Easy an enjoyable experience! My car was totaled in an accident and the Niello VW made the process of getting a new vehicle stress free and convenient. Jacob was helpful in trying to get our car repaired and provided needed information on service prior to a long road trip. We were unable to get the car completely repaired due to a part that is on back o provided needed information on service prior to a long road trip. We were unable to get the car completely repaired due to a part that is on back order and appears to be no longer supported by Volkswagen. Since our car is only 7 years old, I'm surprised that the company is not following through on obtaining the required part. More
