Khaled Jamal, Jose Soriano, and Alex Hurlimann were the three people who participated in my lease of a 2023 ID.4. Carlos Alvarenga provided answers to some of my questions the next day. I have to say tha three people who participated in my lease of a 2023 ID.4. Carlos Alvarenga provided answers to some of my questions the next day. I have to say that all of them were professional, friendly, communicative, and were prepared to answer questions. Special thanks go to Khaled and Jose with whom I had the most interaction. I came to find out about availability of the 2024 ID.4 and after talking with Khaled ended up leasing a 2023 for 24 months. I really appreciate Khaled's taking the time to understand what I was looking for and to offer alternatives that I hadn't considered. I will be back at the end of the 24 months and hope that Khaled, Jose and Alex are still there to help me again. Jim Moon More

It took me months to get the key that I was told certified vehicles get. I was told it’s actually requirement. I had to call multiple times, and people kept ignoring me and not returning my calls a certified vehicles get. I was told it’s actually requirement. This is our first time experiencing with Niello dealership and it was pleasant from the beginning with Jose S at Sales and through Logan at Financing.
