Our sales person was spectacular, did a great job of investigating what we were looking for and what our needs were and then demonstrating what we were looking for. He took the time to explain the vehi investigating what we were looking for and what our needs were and then demonstrating what we were looking for. He took the time to explain the vehicle and the benefits of its features and did a very tasteful job of comparing the vehicle to the other cars we were looking at. He walked us through the sales process and stayed with us until we were handed our to the finance manager. Once in his hands, we were clearly explained the process and the availability of options for ensuring our expectations were properly set and comfortable with the purchase. We had a great experience with the process and with Neillo Volkswagen. We left very satisfied and happy with the process, the pricing and the terms. Everyone we encountered made this an enjoyable experience. 5 stars,✨ would do again. More
