Brent and Brandon were amazing. They literally saved me as I had to get to a critical meeting and they worked with me on navigating the timing. I know I was rushed and probably somewhat panicked and they were solution oriented through the process. Brandon helped when I first called and because of him and sending me the link to Lyft in advance, I made it to the BAR meeting at DCA with 2 minutes to spare. I'm on the Advisory Group and being late would have been very bad. Thank you for being patient with me and going above and beyond! More
