The dealership was not equip to handle changing just 2 tires up until the point where Travis became involved. Even though I had the appointment for 2 weeks (which is a horrendous wait time for a tire chan tires up until the point where Travis became involved. Even though I had the appointment for 2 weeks (which is a horrendous wait time for a tire change) and I called the week prior to make sure the tires were ordered, they were not, so I had to leave my car there and extra day and continue renting a car. If not for Travis being awesome at getting my car done I'm afraid it might have been longer. Travis was the only person I was able to talk to who was knowledgeable about the tire road hazard warranties and deals involving tires as well. More
