You know you pay the extra nickel, but it’s always worth it when you go. There had a little bit of an issue with a rattle come to find out. The dealership was not able to service my car even thought I bought it there. They had to send it out to another service center because my car was a chevy. But they did make arrangements to take it thought I bought it there. They had to send it out to another service center because my car was a chevy. They accommodated me in my time of need, provided me with a great loaner car, and were an extraordinary partner in dealing with the issue. Having a positive experience is the norm at Niello, and that's why I purchased my car from them! More
