I've been a fan of Niello Volkswagen for many years. I have never been disappointed in the attention that I have received when taking advantage of the maintenance facility for servicing my cars. Three years ago a small truck ran into me while I was stopped at a red light and totaled my lovely Passat. Everyone helped me get through with exceptional care in my purchase of my present car. I only had one week to get back on the road and Niello sales made my transition anxiety free. I'm still enjoying the Tiguan replacement and plan to keep all my auto care with Niello in the future. great post-sale service, it would've been nice if they provided washing of vehicle, they used to do it onsite, then downgraded it to a local car wash coupon, but now they eliminated it all together.
