Mike - my advisor - was really pleasant and helpful in the serving of my Volvo. He took the time and answered all of my questions. Walked me through what was found and what needed to be done. The Volvo staff was attentive, generous with their time, knowledgeable on features, and worked to get me into a vehicle that had all of the key features I wanted, while keeping me at the budget I needed.
