First time purchasing from Nimnicht and did not know what to expect. Don't like most car dealers and working with "kids" that don't know the products and are just trying to make a high dollar sale. Was pointed to Howard Roberts who helped me with my truck purchase. Howard is the best! He has Been with the company for over 35 years and it shows No Nonsense but very kind. Being an accountant and doing research before visiting the dealer, I knew what was a fair price to pay for the truck we ended up with. Howard worked with me and got it done. The sales manager was nice as well and did not play games with me. I expected to have to go to several dealers to get the truck at the price I wanted to pay. Howard made it easy. Highly recommend Howard Roberts! Howard also takes care of you after the sale and helped me with a simple issue I was having. I plan to work with Howard for many years to come with service and future purchases. Everyone at the dealer is very nice and not pushy. Thank you again! More
