Rodney in service was the best to work with, he knew exactly what the problem was and searched my warranty to get my issued fixed. I have no idea how your rating is a 4. 9. Your service department is the WORST. Employee's do not call back as they say. They do not listen to their messages. Never Ever has one person foll 9. Your service department is the WORST. Employee's do not call back as they say. They do not listen to their messages. Never Ever has one person followed through with anything they told be. You feel as if you are imposing on their space when you walk into the service departments office. They have absolutely no chairs in the service department ( I would think that would be a courtesy to the senior citizens). After all the elderly buy cars and trucks too. I have bought several trucks and automobiles from Nimnicht, Never again. The sales has always been very pleasant, but let's face it, they have to be to sell a vehicle. Service people at Nimnicht, don't care. More
